Follow these steps for a clean, secure finish. Read the full guide before starting.
STEP 1️⃣ — Prepare the surface
Clean the surface with water, then dry it thoroughly.
⚠️ Do not use cleaning liquids, sprays, soaps or other products.
STEP 2️⃣ — Prepare the sticker
Lay the sticker flat and rub or squeegee firmly over the clear application tape. This helps the tape bond to the vinyl so it will lift cleanly from the backing paper.
STEP 3️⃣ — Remove the backing paper
Carefully peel away the white or blue backing paper, leaving the vinyl design attached to the clear application tape.
Tip: If any part of the vinyl does not lift with the clear tape, lay it back down and repeat step 2 until it lifts easily.
STEP 4️⃣ — Apply the sticker
Place one edge of the sticker onto the surface to create an anchor point. Slowly lower the rest of the sticker while smoothing it down with a squeegee, stiff card or similar item.
Squeegee firmly over the complete design to ensure the vinyl has fully adhered.
STEP 5️⃣ — Remove the application tape
Slowly peel the clear application tape back at a 180° angle, folded back over itself. Do not pull the tape outward towards you, as this can lift the vinyl.
If any area begins to lift, press it back down firmly and squeegee it again before continuing.
✅ Final check
Run your thumb over the vinyl, especially around small details and edges. The vinyl must be fully adhered to prevent lifting and water ingress.
Stickers are single use. They are removable but cannot be repositioned or refitted after removal.
